In 2022, the company ModeWerk approached us with the aim of digitising business processes and improving the efficiency of sales by seamlessly connecting and synchronising their three stores with the online shop. The customer requirements were clear: they wanted to streamline business processes by using a system that facilitates the management of internal processes.

The Project

426 developed a tailor-made solution for ModeWerk by initially setting up a state-of-the-art ERP system designed specifically to meet the client’s requirements. Integration of a powerful POS system facilitated smooth in-store transactions. Additionally, we developed a brand-new online shop that elevated ModeWerk's digital sales to a new level. Finally, we created seamless interfaces between the ERP system, the online shop, and ModeWerk's cash register system.

ModeWerk, founded by Franziska Gögele in 2015 in Glurns, the smallest town in South Tyrol, is a young and dynamic company in the fashion industry. ModeWerk's mission is to provide its customers with an unforgettable shopping experience, both in-store and online. The project aimed to connect online and offline sales and simplify work processes. With our support, ModeWerk successfully achieved this goal. Customers now enjoy a seamless shopping experience, both online and in person at the 3 fashion stores.
