We are 426 – a team of over 50 highly specialized individuals at 4 different locations, in South Tyrol, Trentino, Hamburg, and Halle (Saale), passionately working to make the most out of every idea. We share successes, openly discuss mistakes, and grow together. We are more than just a team – we are coders, nerds, and digital experts!

SCRUM is much more than just a project management framework – it is a working method based on teamwork and continuous progress. Our teams are highly motivated, collaborating on outstanding results through short sprints and daily stand-up meetings. This approach infuses our work with more energy, flexibility, and speed – and the result? Rocket launches for our projects! 🚀
A 426-Scrum journey unfolds in the following steps:
- Backlog and Sprint Planning: Here, we define our goals and prioritize what comes next. Everything is transparent and accessible to all team members.
- Sprint: During this defined period, we dedicate ourselves to achieving the set goals. Our focus is on implementation and continuous improvement.
- Dailys: Our daily stand-up meetings are the core of our process. In just 15 minutes, team members synchronize, share their current progress, and support each other. It's a time to remove obstacles and set the course for the day.
- Sprint Review: At the end of each sprint, we collectively review what we have achieved. It's the moment to celebrate successes and gather feedback to constantly improve.
- Retrospective: After each sprint, we conduct a retrospective to figure out what we can do better. This honest self-reflection helps optimize our team and processes.
